Adapted from this recipe that also has measurements.
Ingredients:
- peanut butter (smooth unless you like chunky)
- soy sauce
- lemon juice or a little vinegar
- garlic powder or pressed garlic
- coconut milk but regular milk works great too
- a little bit of brown sugar unless your peanut butter contains sugar
- water
- optional: cayenne/chilli pepper, curry
- Melt the peanut butter in a saucepan. Try not to boil it because sometimes it curdles weirdly.
- Add soysauce and the other ingredients.
- Keep on low heat and add more of the ingredients to taste.
