Self-rising flour: (for each cup you need)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 3 tbsp water, mix together and let stand for a few minutes
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup milk, mix together and let stand for a few minutes
- 1 cup of applesauce
Other egg replacer:

1/2 tsp baking powder
The fruit can be banana (easy to smush, but gives what you're baking a banana-y taste) or applesauce, or whatever you like. The baking powder gives it the levaning agent present in eggs.
